Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

All consultations are to be paid for in full via Zelle or Venmo upon scheduling a session. If I do not receive payment for the consultation seven days prior to our session, your scheduled appointment will be canceled.

Consultations are nonrefundable once booked, as every consultation requires my time and preparation beforehand. However, things happen, so if you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 48 hours before our set consultation time.

To make the most of our time together, I highly encourage you to arrive on-time for our scheduled consultation. Those arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered no-shows.

All consultations are scheduled for Central Standard Time, USA. You are responsible for converting our allotted session to your time zone, if need be.

Ethics

I do not practice predictive divination. I am not a fortune-teller. I am a professional artist working in the realms of image, symbol, and story. I teach people how to explore the wisdom and energies of images more deeply by stepping inside them. All images are portals to other worlds, if we let them be. In my experience, tarot and astrology provide supportive guidance and clarity. They encourage personal empowerment through self-discovery, helping us to sense more clearly and make decisions more consciously. They are reflective: as we engage with them, they mirror back into us. Like the cosmos and the cards, we are living ecosystems whose inner worlds can also be explored through image, symbol, and story. This is the magic of tarot and astrology. We work with this magic through our powers of creativity and imagination.

I will not consult the cards or review the chart of anyone who is not present or able to consent to the consultation. If you are seeking a reading about a relationship where other parties do not provide their consent, I will only look at how the relationship affects you and your experiences.

All clients must be at least 18 years old.

My intention is to create a trauma-aware, supportive, non-judgmental environment for our work together. I strive to maintain a spirit of joy, creativity, and collaboration in my consultations.

I am not a licensed mental health professional, nor am I a licensed financial, medical, or legal advisor. My consultations are not a substitute for counseling, mental health services, or psychotherapy. I am not qualified to give you financial, medical, or legal advice. If you are seeking such advice, please look elsewhere.

If we are working together and an inquiry touches upon legal matters, even by a tangential connection or in passing, I will advise you to seek the counsel of a licensed attorney. If an inquiry touches upon health or medical matters, even by a tangential connection or in passing, I will advise you to seek diagnosis by a licensed medical doctor. If an inquiry touches upon financial or real property matters, even by a tangential connection or in passing, I will advise you to seek advice from a qualified financial consultant, analyst, or real estate professional.

I do not have a duty to retain any client’s consultation records. Any consultation records, files, or notes I choose to retain will be stored anonymously, with any uniquely identifiable information removed, for my own professional reference.

All client sessions are completely confidential and will never be revealed to a third party. However, I reserve the right to reveal personal or otherwise private information relating to a consultation if I reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent substantial bodily harm or death, or am served with court order, which overrides the confidentiality.

I believe in the value of continuing education and am always actively evolving my practice and honing my skills. I am currently working towards an Ecotherapy Certificate from The New Earth Institute of Southwestern College.

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate consultations for any reason.

Disclosure Statement

A divinatory professional cannot predict the future with certainty and you should not rely on a divinatory consultation to make any decision that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. If your inquiry involves the law, finance, or medicine, then you should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional. Also, a divinatory consultation cannot replace qualified mental health care. A divinatory consultation can only facilitate how you spiritually and creatively respond to a given situation. In certain jurisdictions, a divinatory professional is required to disclose to you that divinatory consultations should be for entertainment purposes only, and if such a law applies to your reading, then you are hereby on notice thereof.
